What do we do? We provide products, services and support for you in the effective management of your Business Intelligence Resources. In order to get the most from your Business Intelligence assets, you need to understand those assets, the associated resources and the benefits received.
We offer a three pronged solution which includes products, books and support in each area. We are convinced that managing Business Intelligence requires:
1. Six Sigma BI. A well conceived, practical and rigorous process for effective management, using Six Sigma concepts, customized metrics and a clear understanding of the customer and the customer requirements.
2. Audits of BI Assets. We have developed a BI Capability Maturity Model which provides a full BI solution for practical measurement of BI success. Regular audits of the Business Intelligence resources and assets are required to create a base for management and improvement, as well as, to determine the level of capability and maturity of the organization in meeting BI needs.
3. Tangible Calculation of Return on Investment for Business Intelligence. This should include well accepted standardized metrics and templates for both the investment costs, as well as, a well designed and standardized analysis of benefits from the Business Intelligence resources expended resources.
